After a bit of misunderstanding, here's how the letter goes:

-Terezi's letter will reach to a member of Derse's Rebellion... At least, it is right now.
-My letter is coming back to Prospit.

It can still change depending on what happens, but this is the current status of both letters.

I think Dirk could join 8D he is part of the rebellion after all and due to his status, it would make a greater amount of risk!

The bottomline of this: we need PM so she can manage all those things xD
