Even though the war is raging, the yellow brick roads of Prospit are busy as they've always been. The streets are a lot safer on Prospit than on Derse, even if highbloods sometimes cause trouble.
This is where the market and most of the shops are located. There are some apartments here, and even though they aren't as luxurious as the houses located in High district, they are still adequate plenty. A lot of trolls live in this district. The poorest part of Prospit, where the shady shops are located. Usually, not too many people wander around here. The slums are, for the most part, uninhabited. Apothecary, The Prospit rebels HQ, Graveyard, Garbage pit
